La Bosque
A lively, committed viticulture

Domaine La Bosque is committed to biodiversity. They have enriched their estate by planting hedges, fruit trees, aromatic plants, installing beehives, and grazing animals in the vineyards.

Today, they cultivate 7 hectares of vines, 1 hectare of olive trees and 1 hectare of aromatic plants. Their practices favor green manures, natural plant-based treatments and plant cover to preserve the soil and combat drought.

The hand-picked grapes are carefully transported in small crates to the winery in Cessenon-sur-Orb. Vinification is gentle and respectful: they accompany the grapes throughout their transformation into wine, intervening as little as possible. The aim is to produce fresh wines with silky tannins that fully express the purity of the fruit.

Jòia, the Jewel of la Bosque

Jòia, the jewel of Domaine La Bosque, is a blend of the finest juices, carefully aged in terracotta amphorae. This method of ageing gives the wine a unique expression, both singular and voluptuous.

The label, sober and refined, reflects all the delicacy of this exceptional cuvée, while echoing the way it was made. It features a white background for the white wine, and a black background for the red. A touch of gilding enhances the overall effect and confirms its precious character.

Cayenne, a Wine from Schist Soils

Cayenne, a well-balanced red wine with a fine, elegant tannic structure.

The label sets the tone: a blend of Grenache and Carignan grapes grown on high-altitude schist soil, where oxidized pebbles dominate. The central element of the label is therefore an illustration representing a stone, taken directly from the vineyards. Created in two stages, first colored with watercolors, then outlined with felt-tip pen to add relief and texture, this handcrafted design reinforces the authenticity of the wine and evokes the manual expertise of Olivia and Maxime.

Pur Jus, the Wine to Enjoy Together

Pur Jus is the pleasure wine, the “glouglou” cuvée from Domaine La Bosque. A light, lively wine that’s easy to share.

Beyond its freshness, this cuvée pays homage to the old Languedoc grape varieties and to the previous generations who cultivated these lands with passion. The labels illustrate this heritage with photographs from family albums: shots of their grandparents, already at work in the vines, tools in hand. The name of the cuvée is displayed in bright colors, creating a marked contrast with the black-and-white photographs.

It’s a sincere and touching way of celebrating the family’s winegrowing heritage, while inscribing Pur Jus in a continuity between past and present.
