Established in Occitanie since 2016, Alaryk has established itself as a benchmark craft brewery, renowned for its organic tasting beers. Founded by Sébastien Alary, the company has now evolved into Maison Alaryk, bringing together brewing, liqueur-making and distilling.

Liquoristerie artisanale: the soul of fruit in a bottle

Maison Alaryk unveils its exceptional handcrafted liqueurs, made from lemon and blood orange, with a subtle blend of tart freshness and fruity sweetness.

Conceived in collaboration with chef Fabien Lefebvre, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, these 100% natural creations are
the result of precise processing of zested fruit, pressed on site to preserve all its aromatic richness and original freshness. Unique liqueurs, born of passion and a deep taste for authenticity.

The liqueur labels, carefully printed on Fedrigoni Cotone Bianco paper, are like botanical plates, delicately illustrated by hand to celebrate the craftsmanship behind each bottle. The meticulous strokes reveal in monochrome the fruits and plants that make up these drinks. Each label is distinguished by a vivid, singular color, forming a harmonious whole in which the bottles fit perfectly into a series conceived as a collection to be contemplated and savored.

Unique spirits distilled with passion

Maison Alaryk also creates authentic spirits with character, where each bottle tells a unique story.

Faithful to precision, patience and respect for tradition, it offers exceptional creations distilled by Jean-Olivier Rieusset: a gin with a fragrant nose of hibiscus, candied orange and bergamot, a vodka with a lively, spicy mouthfeel, and, very soon, a whisky to complete this exceptional collection.

We wanted to give all our bottles a premium look. Conceived as a vintage, each series is carefully numbered and enhanced by hot foil stamping and embossing of the Maison Alaryk logo.
