Studio Asensò invites you to a conference on “Gustave Fayet en Provence” on Friday September 5 at 6:00 pm at the Abbaye de Saint-André in Villeneuve-lès-Avignon.
To mark Gustave Fayet’s centenary, Studio Asensò has produced Gustave Fayet en Provence, the first in a series of catalogs to be published as part of the Fayet season. This editorial project pays tribute to the artist, bibliophile, book designer and illustrator, whose intimate link with publishing and his local roots guided the design of the exhibition catalog. Colors inspired by Provence, southern typography, full-page iconography: each graphic choice celebrates the region Fayet loved so much. A clear and generous layout, designed to bring the work of a singular artist to the attention of all.
