To celebrate this tenth anniversary edition, Bonsoir is taking the event off-site and invites you to join us at CIRDOC—the Occitan Institute of Culture. On this occasion, the LeMurduMilieu collective and Studio Asensò will offer a behind-the-scenes look at the creation of an art edition produced as a follow-up to the residency held at Roueïre, the Center for Arts and Heritage, in 2026.
This event will explore the concept of the vernacular: the forms, gestures, customs, and narratives that emerge from a particular region and help shape its identity. How can we observe, collect, and interpret them, and then give them artistic and editorial form?
Through a series of discussions, this evening will offer an opportunity to revisit the various stages of designing a published work—from the collaboration between artists, designers, and artisans, to the invitation extended to readers to handle, rearrange, and reclaim the publication.
