The Saint Peter\u2019s Festival has its roots in the Middle Ages, when Mediterranean fishermen honored Saint Peter, their patron, to protect their boats and ensure bountiful catches. In Valras-Plage, this tradition continues each June, celebrating the village\u2019s maritime heritage and its connection to the sea. <\/p>\n

Today, the festival combines tradition and community spirit. The port comes alive, boats are decorated, and locals and visitors gather to enjoy music, entertainment, and local delicacies. Saint Peter\u2019s Festival has become a highlight of the summer, blending history, culture, and shared celebration. <\/p>\n
